Our fun and collaborative team supports children and families through occupational therapy rooted in sensory integration, DIR Floortime, reflex integration, and whole-child approaches. We specialize in working with neurodivergent kids (birth - 22 years old) in a space designed to empower their growth β emotionally, socially, and developmentally.

Weβre searching for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is:
Weβre searching for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is:
- Passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and their families
- Experienced (or interested in training) in sensory integration, DIR/Floortime, and neurodiversity-affirming care
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, creative, and supportive environment
- Available for part-time or full-time work (flexible scheduling available!)
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (WI OT license required)
- Pediatric experience preferred, new grads with strong pediatric fieldwork welcome
- Strong communication and family-centered care skills
